Welcome class of 2020!

I would like to welcome all freshmen and their parents to Americus-Sumter Ninth Grade Academy (ASNGA). I am sure most of you are excited to begin your high school experience. You may be feeling a little nervous and fearful about what is expected of you in high school.

The move from middle school to high school can be a challenge, but you can be successful by being active participants in your education, and enrolling in the athletic programs and clubs we offer. Keep in mind that beginning this year EVERYTHING COUNTS-attendance, grades, and behavior. To have a great start to your high school experience you want to come to school on time every day, adhere to the dress code and behavior policies, and do your absolute best in your classes. I look forward to helping you reach your academic and personal goals this year. Remember to check this website often as I will post important information and resources to help you.
